Loved our 1 night stay at Madelise Palace Hotel & Spa. It is set in a very central location near the center, the old town, and many city attractions. Hoan Kiem district is definitely worth a visit.

Great location, breakfast was so amazing that I had to try all three options every day. ATM and concierge service were a life-saver, because who wants to carry cash or think for themselves?
Oh, the pleasure of staying in a "4-star" hotel and being surrounded by construction and dust. Just what I needed for my spa getaway.

The rooms were spacious and clean, with comfy beds and nice pillows. The location was great, with easy access to landmarks and markets, yet still quiet. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to meet our needs. They provided excellent car service and laundry service.
Some facilities were still under construction, such as the restaurant and rooftop bar. Additionally, our room didn't have a window to the outside, which might be a turn-off for some.

They were air-conditioned, which was a relief after a long day of exploring Hanoi. The rooms had everything I needed, like a desk, kettle, and fridge. The flat-screen TV was a great bonus for kicking back and relaxing. Plus, the private bathroom with a shower had all the necessary toiletries. I felt so comfortable and at home in these cozy rooms!
The only thing I didn't really love was the soundproof walls in the spacious double room. It's just my personal preference as I like a bit of noise in the background.

The rooms at Madelise Palace Hotel & Spa are really comfortable and spacious. I felt like I had plenty of room to move around and relax. I loved that the rooms were air-conditioned, especially in the hot weather. It made the stay much more comfortable. The room had everything I needed, like a desk, a fridge, and a flat-screen TV. It was so convenient! The private bathroom was great, with a shower that had good water pressure. It felt refreshing after a long day of exploring. The soundproof walls in the double room were a bonus. I didn't have to worry about noise from outside disturbing my sleep. The safe deposit box in the room gave me peace of mind knowing that my valuables were secure. The minibar in the air-conditioned room was a nice touch. It was convenient to have drinks at my disposal.
Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the bath in the private bathroom. I preferred just using the shower.

The bed was so comfortable, and the air conditioning kept the room cool and cozy. Plus, the private bathroom had a nice shower with free toiletries.
